Coordination of Consignment

The Downsizers have over 150+ resources in the Triangle to sell, consign, auction, liquidate, donate, and discard belongings. The Downsizing Manager can work with your clients to determine what is salable and coordinate all agreements, pick-up schedules, and drop-offs at various resource providers.

Move Management and Packing

Not only can the Downsizing Manager coordinate your client's entire move, we will pack up their belongings. We can also have items shipped/moved to family members domestically or globally.

Estate Inventory/Clear Out

Many homes may need to be cleared out or inventoried due to a homeowner passing. Our team works with adult children or family members across the globe to sort their parents belongings (either in-person or virtually). We can inventory and ship items, based upon decisions made my family members.
